Payment and Processing Policies

  • All funds must be in US dollars.
  • Wires drawn on foreign banks must include any additional amounts to cover your bank or intermediary bank fees.
  • Checks drawn on foreign banks must include an additional $25.00 to cover bank fees.
    Returned checks are subject to $60.00 service charge.
  • Your payment notification should include your name, mailing address, e-mail address, domain name(s) and any service you wish to register, along with the payment due amount.
  • Important: For payments by wire transfer or Checks, your request to register a domain name is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of receipt of payment in our office.
  • Please remember to ensure that the wire instructions to your bank include your account e-mail address in the payment detail instructions.

Domain Registration Refund Policy:

We want to provide you a risk free domain registration experience with us. We understand some time we do make mistakes when registering a domain name and we want to offer ways for you to make changes when necessary. However, to prevent abuses of such offer, we do require you to observe the following rules:

This refund policy is applicable only for new domain name registration. All domain renewal and transfer orders are non-refundable once they are processed.

Refund for new domain registration can only be made for the following domain extensions:

.COM, .NET, .ORG, .BIZ, .US

Registration for other domain extensions are final and non-refundable Once a domain name has been registered and if you require it to be corrected or cancelled or if you just want to delete the current domain name and replace with an alternate domain name because of typo error or trademark/copyright infringement, you need to submit your request to our support desk at support@peacenic.name within 48 hours from the time of registration. After the 48-hour period all domain registration purchases are final and non-refundable.

There will be an administrative fee of $1.00 per domain name if you want to delete the new domain name and request for a refund. Such refund will be made within 48 hours.

That's all the conditions we have for our refund policy. They are necessary to protect ourselves against domain speculators who are trying to abuse our service for domain tasting. This is not the place for such abusive activities.

Web Hosting Refund Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.

Reseller Hosting Refund Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.

If you will request us to allow you a CARD payment method for Advance Funds Credit, We will not accept your Payments via 2CO.com, so you will have to chose other options for such Payments.
